- Manages projects like chatbots and mobile applications. Part of the project management team that conceptualized each feature, and contributed to optimizing the process flow on the front and back ends. - Manages end-user testing of the mobile application project as a part of the project management team and presents analysis, feedback, and findings to the management.- Conducts research and product development to support our ongoing and upcoming projects.
