DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: While I am contracted through Genesis10 for 6-7 months to (Merrick Bank/Cardworks I am responsible for: installing, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the BMS/BAS and DCIM, Boilers, Chillers, AHU, RTUs, CHW-S, HWS, VAVs, CRACs/CRAHs DX-Cooling, Electrical Kirkkey, PDUs, UPS, and Generators. Additional responsibilities include planning, implementing, coordinating and supervision of all operations, maintenance, and energy management programs for a critical facilities environment. Ensure conformance with all Change control development, approvals, and execution at 5 locations Located in SLC UT, PGH-PA, NYC-NY, and LM-FL total 5 MW of power draw and 600,000 square FT. I schedule, development and quality assurance for all preventive maintenance, contracted maintenance, general maintenance.Routinely performs all work, and writes MOP/SOP/ERP procedures, and maintenance work instructions.Operating and monitors critical and non-critical system equipment and components. Oversees work efforts (including 3rd party contractors) for safe and compliant operation, maintenance (corrective and preventive), and modification of critical equipment. Disables and enables fire alarm control panels and systems.Deploys preventative and corrective maintenance on critical systems and building physical structure. Responding immediately to emergency situations.Evaluates, assign and monitor the safe work responsibilities and safety procedures.Responding quickly to emergency situations.

Manages the administrative activities of the Intermountain Healthcare BAS.2. Collaborates with external controls contractors to ensure jobs are being completed to sustain and promote Intermountain's strict standards for PUE. 3. Manages projects as related to the function of BAS operations. Troubleshoot and improve existing automation control sequences.4. Assists more senior energy team members in the implementation of projects. Participates in equipment start-ups, commissioning, and recommissioning of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.5. Collaborates with design engineers, project managers, and commissioning agents to implement projects, strategies, and promote energy optimization measures.6. Teaches and trains facility management staff and leaders about BAS, and PUE. 7. Supports Facility Design and Construction and Facility Management by implementing standards and guidelines, and participating in commissioning and recommissioning of facility equipment.8. Works to implement energy efficient design and optimization strategies .

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: I was responsible for: installing, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the BMS/BAS, Boilers, Chillers, AHU, RTUs, CHW-S, HWS, VAVs, CRACs/CRAHs, Fanwalls, DX-Cooling, plumbing installation/maintenance, Electrical Kirkkey, PDUs, UPS, and Generators, fire detection andsuppression, life safety, temperature control systems, building management systems, and digital.systems (including fire alarm, duress, card access, CCTV) across 3 Sites totaling roughly 600,000 SQ FT and over 200MW of power capacity.Maintained and monitored electronic work-order ticketing system(s) to perform and track all preventive,predictive, and corrective maintenance within the Data Center campus.Inspected buildings, lighting systems, grounds, and equipment to ensure safe, well-maintained conditions, and identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair. Assist Customers with Remote Hands hands work.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: I was responsible for: installing, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the BMS/BAS, DDC and Pneumatic controls, Boilers (Steam and water), Chillers, AHU, RTUs, CHW-S, HWS, VAVs, DX-Cooling, and Emergency power systems spread across 5 campuses totaling 2,412,311 square ft.I closely with outside mechanical engineers to ensure either new or retrofitted equipment is installed correctly and will connect back to the control systems, I managed projects and budgets for the controls systems. I maintained the integrity of the control system and their components documented through the preventative maintenance program.I maintained system backups and records.Installed the field controllers and wrote/created custom programs when needed. After installations were completed I commissioned the controllers and programs, documented and recorded findings. Installs field controllers and programs them.Completed and closed out Work Orders in the CMMS. Enters time worked and materials used. Tracks all work and time in CMMS.
