Hello! My name is Wesley Harris and I graduated from Nevada State College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management and leadership. My professional and personal interests include data analysis, entrepreneurship, technology, consulting, marketing, and business. In my free time I enjoy traveling, learning about new cultures, playing the piano, exercising, and working on projects of all kinds. I am also a major fan of all things "nerdy", including Marvel, DC, anime, and videogames. I am also a recent graduate from the Springboard Data Analytics program! My goal was to expand my understanding of data and begin to apply these skills to the real world. Through hands-on experience in building projects utilizing Excel, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and Python, and 1-on-1 mentoring from an industry expert, I will sharpen my current skills and broaden my knowledge of data to help drive business decisions for tech companies both big and small. I’m very excited about the prospect of combining my love for all things nerdy with marketing analysis for a tech company. Marrying those aspects of my life into a fulfilling career would be a dream come true, and I can't wait to see what my future as a Data Analyst will hold!
