I represent employers in all aspects of employment law, including single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, whistleblower retaliation, wage and hour, and governmental agency charges and investigations. Additionally, I specialize in defending employers in wage and hour class and PAGA representative actions, and have experience appearing before all state and federal employment-related agencies, including the California DFEH, DLSE, and EDD, and United States EEOC, and Department of Labor.In addition to employment-related litigation, I regularly provide preventative employment counseling to clients regarding employment contracts, employee privacy rights, reductions in force, terminations, employee discipline, and investigations into employee complaints. I present employment management training seminars and regularly speak on topics such as workplace investigations, sexual harassment and discrimination prevention, and wage and hour law compliance.
