I manage and run the largest and longest running multi country tracker at MM-Eye. This tracker is conducted in over 18 markets via a mix of on-line panel and F2F teams. Therefore a lot of my time is spent developing better and more productive relationships with passionate F2F teams and the largest panel providers in the industry. At the same time I deal with the day to day operations of the project and look towards improving the way we run the project.This means anything from ensuring best practice regarding the design of the survey, too ensuring way in which we relay information to the various stakeholders in the project is the most efficient and effective it can be.A key focus is ensuring that from a technological stand point the project is improving. This has been achieved by using the most up to date software packages to manage our data and reporting processes, as well as ensuring our survey is mobile ready to cater for the changing on-line respondent.

I worked in the TNS F2F Omnibus team for 4 years, working with a variety of clients such as JTI, Ladbrokes, Unilever, Kellogg's, Blue Dragon, Papermate, Mothercare, Channel 4, K-Swiss, Brita Waterfilters, COI, and Fairtrade. I also worked with a variety of charities such as Cancer UK, Age UK and internal TNS teams that ran large projects such as Worldpanel Tracker, UK Tourism Tracker and Sony tracker.My main focus was managing the Omnibus’s tracker for JTI. Part of my role was focused on brand tracking for brand managers, specifically brand switching within regions, ages and types of switchers, brands by usage, pack size, purchasing behavior as well as simple spontaneous and prompted awareness of said brands. In addition to this, segmentation analysis for brands, profile and incidence's within the market formed a cornerstone of day to day responsibilities. The second aspect of this role was presenting this information to the Marketing, Brand and Research teams. So this entailed designing and creating various presentations and taking key stakeholders through large amounts of information.
