While at Mass Media, I have utilized a wide breadth of technical skills, Internet knowledge, and experience across the spectrum of online development in the service of building and improving online presence for multiple clients (200+). Includes: site architecture and infrastructure, backend development using a variety of platforms and toolsets, PHP, MySQL, FileMaker, Apache, Linux, WordPress, Magneto, WooCommerce, front end development with CSS and HTML/XHTML utilizing Zurb Foundation and Twitter Bootstrap, organic search engine optimization and strategy, as well as web systems administration, both web and database servers utilizing both dedicated and cloud based architecture as well as managing 400+ domain names and the underlying DNS architecture associated with those domains.

Oversaw the IT needs for over 4+ companies, including website design and maintenance (over 8 million lines of code), graphic design, and database design and administration (over 5 million records). Modified and adapted third-party software to fit the needs of growing companies. Designed backend interfaces to handle reporting, website management, franchise data collection from a corporate perspective. Designed and implemented frontend interfaces to steam line customer experience and satisfaction with online forms for data collection. Oversaw the redevelopment of multiple websites by outside contractors. Handled the acquisition of multiple companies from an IT perspective to include the movement of entire websites and databases systems between servers.

Hired on as the Production Scheduler over the Paper Plate department as well being a general IT resource for the facility. During the first few months, I helped to organize the weekly scheduling methods and developed a new scheduling program for the paper plate department. Within 5 months I was promoted to include duties of futures planning. Helped to drive raw material inventory levels lower than ever by improving scheduling and ordering methods and practices. Developed custom web pages to help estimate ready dates for Plant orders for customer service reps inquiring about orders. Lead trainer and power user for a custom plant production reporting program across the facility, standardizing the reporting across the company. Developed plant reports using Business Objects for daily and monthly reporting. After 1 year, I was promoted to Materials Manager with responsibilities over purchasing, spare parts department, raw materials orders, futures planning, plant scheduling, and 8 employees. Oversaw and assisted in the preparation, training, and roll out of SAP in the Augusta plant.

Joined a small team of developers. Lead developer for a graphical interface program to help track and report on orders that were sold to overseas customers, as well as computer generate the proper paperwork required for exported orders. Designed, developed, and implemented a web based program to track inventory through the treatment process to be used throughout the company. Assisted in the migration of data from old database systems into newer systems, including the programs that required the before mentioned databases. Lead developer in the redesign of the company's intranet. Installed hardware and software to move from a physical punch time clock system to a computer tracked time clock system at our four sites, including trained users and supporting the system through its early months. Helped maintain and upgrade the technological infrastructure of the company including multiple web, file system, terminal, email, and gateway servers as well as the phone and data network.

Worked with the maintenance department to develop processes to evaluate the machine maintenance program and better schedule maintenance programs per machine and to help indicate any repetitive problems per machine. Worked to locate and identify key assets for a company wide asset tagging program. Helped to develop QC programs, systems, and reports to measure key statistics of the manufacturing process including the weight and rim diameter of the product for both the trophy (foam) cup process and lid process. Oversaw the IT operation for the local plant, including installing networking equipment (token ring, 10/100, and fiber), installation/upgrading of computers, and the installation of the plants Kronos time clock and gate access equipment.
