My recent role as an Ecommerce Supervisor at Whole Foods involved managing shopper metrics, providing coaching, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment, all of which required meticulous data analysis and problem-solving skills. Additionally, my proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, Stripe, Shopify, and Zendesk, coupled with my ability to handle high-volume tasks and communicate effectively, positions me well for a data analyst role. I have also learned basic SQL skills and am eager to put them to work and develop them further!
