During my work at Admedes Inc. I had the opportunity to work in every aspect of the Quality Management System (QMS). I built a strong knowledge of FDA 21CFR820 and ISO 13485 regulated manufacturing. I took initiative and direct project management responsibility for our team in designing or redesigning nearly every QMS subsystem. I was the the system architect and process owner for Design Controls, Validations, and Process Characterization. I worked as the company's statistics SME and provided support for all of the engineering teams. To improve process monitoring of quality events, I implemented Infinity QS for real time Statistical Process Control, a project that involved learning and writing complex Oracle and SQL queries, and creating contextual email alerts. The team can now know within seconds if a problem has occurred. I enjoyed working with the talented individuals that made up the Admedes team.

The core of my work at Stryker was to support and lead within a team of R&D engineers and technicians creating a Class II electro-surgical device. We carried this project from design all the way to manufacturing, and the end result was a 510K approved device and a fully functional production line. This represented the fastest, highest quality product line at the Stryker division.In support of this project and others, my position required:-Programming for Cognex Vision Systems-Developing Instron tensile and compression tests-Statistical Data Analysis (Using Excel and Minitab)-Design of Experiments (DOE)-Solidworks 3D modelling and 2D drawings -Cleaning Process Development-Disassembly and Assembly Process Development-Procedure and Training Development -Use of Microsoft Office Suite including Visio and Project
