At Bethany and Rensselaer Swine Services, I work as part of an experienced team of swine veterinary professionals. We provide service in several areas including: health management, biosecurity, welfare and packer audits, business development, and professional development. We have a true bilingual staff of technical service managers that help us execute our roles flawlessly. Our team of six veterinarians have a wide array of backgrounds including genetics companies, family businesses, and pharmaceutical companies. We are eager to assist our clients in raising healthy, profitable pigs. Personally, I work with farms of 5-5,000 sows and wean to finish farms of 100 to over 26,000. I have a passion for farrow to finish farms, and I enjoy the challenge of working through disease and biosecurity risks that these farms accrue.

I work primarily with our owned production sire line nucleus (boar multiplier) and GTC (boar stud) farms. I make visits to these farms as often as monthly or as infrequently as quarterly depending on the needs of the farm. I work closely with our technical service and production teams to create improved health monitoring programs for our high health herds. Our ultimate goal is to protect the health of our herds, therefore protecting our customers.
