As Product Manager for Alterra Mountain Company, I owned the product roadmap for multiple platforms including IKON Pass, a 50-destination all-access pass to the most iconic mountains in the world.I led organizational efforts across 4 eCommerce platforms, including IKON Pass, 15 Ski Resort websites, a mobile app for all platforms, and an Identity & Access solution to synchronize all platforms together. In this role, I developed product roadmaps for all eCommerce platforms valued at $1B in annual revenues.I partnered with key stakeholders, platform owners, and UX managers to ensure team alignment and facilitated Scrum ceremonies that included standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
