Managed existing brewery operation, supervised two brewers and six servers. Coordinated with investors, banks, suppliers, vendors, architects and the G.C. on all aspects of commencing build of a new farm brewery.

Used various softwares to monitor/analyze/operate facility, and wrote SOPs; scheduled and coordinated work with several vendors. Qualified Critical Switching Technician, and held collateral duties of Site Safety Officer and Sustainability Ambassador.
