As of May 2021 I was promoted to our new plant, ABF-2. I am the Manufacturing Manager for the Plant. I work closely with the Forging, normalizing/shot blast, Machining, and the Production Control department. On a daily basis I develop working schedules , investigate for continuous improvement opportunities , collaborate with customers, offer assistance for troubleshooting machining issues, monitor production efficiency and targets, and help maintain a ISO-9001 environment. I formerly was the Die Shop Coordinator at ABF-1. I program G and M code CNC milling machines and CNC turning Centers. I have an extensive knowledge of GD and T principles. At my previous employment I was very involved in tooling purchasing, machine set ups, quoting, and maintenance. I am proficient in the areas of Shop mathematics as well as other areas(Trigonometry and Algebra.) I have experience in programming a PC DMIS 2013 CMM. Other areas of experience ; Microsoft Office, Python computer programming ,VBA, Fanuc CNC controls , Tooling , Brother CNC controls, Tiwap CNC controls , Quality, trouble shooting , Maintenance .
