• Office management – manage 3 direct reports to insure inspections are completed in a timely manner, costs are submitted to AP department for payment, payroll submitted for 20 team members, billing for client work sites.
• Fleet management – responsible for 46 fleet vehicles with duties that include installing and monitoring GPS units, validating fleet fuel/maintenance card purchases, managing lease agreements for over 50 units resulting.
• Security and Fire Alarm management – orchestration of contracts and set up for 7 branch offices in 3 different sates for life safety concerns through 3rd party vendors to allow cost savings by bringing all contract.
• Subcontractor management – orchestrate high level tasks with approved subcontractors to work on 9 company and 10 client sites
• Safety and Compliance – chairman of company sponsored safety ambassador program that has brought the EMR below.95
• P&L Financial Review – work with Director of Facilities Services in the review of finances for 2 divisions totaling in over $1.5 million in revenue

• Custodial Services – responsible for 15 Client sites with a combined 2 million square feet of cleanable space
• Payroll – managed daily payroll for over 400 team members and 12 direct reports and administration of paychecks on a bi-weekly basis
• HR/Recruiting – lead in the interview and orientation of employees including background check processing and 7 panel drug testing
• P&L Financial Review – directly responsible for allocation of costs and billing for division reviews totaling over $750,000 in revenue
• Client Relations – direct communications with external and internal clients resulting in highly satisfied clients
