For his Pre-Retirees, these conversations usually focus on how to prepare for when “Every day is a Saturday.” He utilizes a process-based approach that is not driven by products but rather a series of conversations and clear communications to create goals while establishing the strategies, paths, and resources needed to accomplish them.
