As a graduate assistant coach I assisted in the administration and set-up of various practices. Administratively, I was responsible for travel itineraries, championship paperwork, team food orders and the distribution of per diem to student-athletes. I actively assist coaches in the recruitment of high quality student-athletes while handling the logistics for all unofficial and official visits. I developed content and graphics for the VCU Track and Field social media accounts. Lastly, I served as the video coordinator by filming practice sessions and managing files on Google Drive and Dropbox.

Oversaw the entire Video Production Magnet Program including the production of the daily WeTV Announcements. I developed curriculum for 5 different video production courses including Video Production I, Video Production II, Video Production III, Video Production Advanced Studies and Video Production LAB. I also collaborated with school leadership regarding multimedia needs and created all promotional videos for the school.

Oversaw all program operations including scheduling, budget, apparel, hiring of staff, eligibility, facility management and fundraising. I developed and facilitated training for the sprints, middle distance and vertical jumps groups. As the Head Coach I served as the media contact for all local news outlets and the recruiting coordinator to ensure student-athletes would be NCAA and NAIA eligible upon graduation.

I led the Desert Pines Men's Team to their first State Championship in Track and Field and first appearance at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals in 7 events. I also oversaw all operations including eligibility, budget, travel, apparel and equipment management. I served as the Meet Director for all home competitions including an 10 team invitational.

Oversaw the production of the school yearbook and the school newspaper. Instructed students in the use of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop to create the school yearbook. Helped students launch the newspaper on an online platform.

I developed curriculum for the Pre-AP English 10 program. I collaborated with English 9 Honors and AP Literature teachers to ensure that the curriculums were vertically aligned. Integrated the use of Ipads into daily instruction.

Co-facilitated informational webinars to educate incoming Corps Members about the Las Vegas Valley. I also led debrief sessions in between Induction Week Events.

Researched relevant news clips for client teams using Google Alerts. Compiled monthly reports for clients illustrating activity on their website and social media platforms using Google Analytics Compiled media lists of notable reporters and politicians relevant to the clients’ needs. Distributed information regarding clients’ position to the House of Representatives and the Senate.

Garnered awareness about the Verna Tyner Campaign using Facebook and Twitter. Contacted constituents regarding volunteering and donations via phone and email marketing techniques. Assisted Campaign Manager with daily office tasks.
