Designed and implemented software to record and process videos in real time-Created software and ensured that project built successfully in a continuous integrated environment-Designed an interface using C++ with Qt Creator to allow clients to download and manage videos during and after an event-Developed and maintained software and it’s unit tests during the full project life cycle-Provided onsite and online technical assistance for both technical and other users-Established and managed a social media server using Apache2, Python Flask and Javascript to interface with Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube API’s and allow users to share their videos-Created a database system in MySQL that generated reports of required data for administrators and analyzed data to improve user experience-The system generated over $300,000 in revenue and has been used for large events across North America such as RBC Bluesfest in Ottawa, and SXSW in Austin Texas

Wrote software to aid technicians in diagnosing network issues for various telecom companies-Implemented a system using Perl scripts and an Asterisk database to block robo dialers from calling users-Wrote documentation to assist in the onboarding process for new employees-Supported the team in problem solving-Worked closely with clients to customize software to their unique specifications
