Worked in Sargent & Lundy, LLC Chattanooga, TN, Chicago, IL, Wilmington, DE and Charlotte, NC offices. I initially prepared all the PLS-CADD work and drawing creation, then reviewed others work, then led projects as a responsible engineer and went on to manage transmission line projects. I worked for over 40 different clients and have been fortunate to learn from great engineers across various companies. Some of my specific expertise is listed below:• Design and analysis of high voltage power lines in PLS-CADD• Transmission line design up through 765kV - over 400 miles of line designed, over 100 miles at 345kV+• Prestressed concrete, steel and wood h-frame and monopole - both guyed and self-supporting• PLS-Tower design experience• Structure spotting and conductor selection determination for cost estimates and material take-off• Lightning Arrester and Counterpoise installation, pole replacements, and NERC clearance studies• New line designs, working directly with clients from scoping to final design review• Honing competent communication and business skills with employees and clients
