• To act as the intermediary between allocated factories, John Deere Ltd (Australia) and the dealer network to communicate effectively the availability, location, specification and status for both Agricultural & Turf and.
• Develop relationships with allocated factories to assist in the sales and delivery channel processes of the company.
• Assist/Train staff and dealers to ensure the continual effectiveness of Order Fulfilment process and ensure the end sale is fulfilled as negotiated.
• Support dealers in sourcing alternate John Deere Products to suit their customer or stocking requirements.

• Assist in the retail sale of John Deere Product to Select Deere Dealerships through marketing programs and bespoke sale assistance or sourcing solutions.
• Provide Select Deere Dealerships with regular market share updates, advise on New Product Implementation Processes and assist with Dealership staff training as required.

• Process dealer payments received for new and used machinery.
• Reconcile dealer accounts and discrepancies including reconciliation against sales incentives / programs (credits).
• Review and approve dealer floorplan requests, hire/demo/loan maintenance, incentives etc.
• Monitor and collect dealer overdue settlements, interest and curtailment payments including settlements due from unit sales (RDA’d).
• Monitor and resolve dealer inventory anomalies from on-site Inventory Inspection reports and daily reporting results.

• Coordinate the integration of AR systems with implementation of Sales and Documentation systems (MGM suite of programs).
• Provide review and reporting on the national outstanding debt levels.
• Coordinate the granting/cancellation of credit terms – nation wide
• Develop and implement new procedures, in accordance with global policies.
• Coordinate the reduction, nationally, of unallocated funds and on account payments.
• Generate reports for both global head office and CFO/CEO.

• Control the system set up and process re-alignment regarding the accounts receivable systems during the integration period of Maersk Sealand and P+O Nedlloyd.
• Provide continued systems support regarding new employee /customer set up and existing employee maintenance.
• Provide training on a continual basis for new and cutover employees.
• Manage the Accounts Receivable process and ensure a smooth transition into the integrated environment.
• Maintain and control the cash client ledger.
• Conduct performance appraisal of employees report to this position.
