I began my automotive career working at Nissan Motor Manufacturing in Smyrna,Tn. First being in the Quality field and then moving into Production. Worked in the Body Assembly plant for 1.5 years then transferred to the Chassis plant. Worked in the chassis plant for 9 plus years. The opportunity arose to transfer to the Engine Plant in Decherd, Tn. While at Decherd I initially worked in the 4cyclnder plant. After 2 years I transferred to the Machining Dept. where I moved into a lead position on the V8 Crank-line running various drilling and grinding Machines. Once I left Nissan after 19 years I took a job at M-Tek which is now known as Kasai as a supervisor over the VW Headliner process, I quickly moved up to Manager over this process and the VW Door Assembly line where I'm currently at now. I have over 22 years experience in the automotive world both as a line technician and a Manager over production.
