As the Director of Maintenance and Operations at Johnson City ISD, I oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all district facilities, equipment, and vehicles. I have more than nine years of experience as a Locomotive Engineer at Union Pacific Railroad, where I managed freight by rail across multiple states. I have strong skills in troubleshooting, construction, and management, and I am passionate about ensuring the safety, efficiency, and quality of all transportation and infrastructure systems. I am a leader in the field of maintenance and operations, and I value collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
