• Meet with clients and gather necessary information to provide quotes for new projects• Engage with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to bring together an accurate estimate of costs for a given project• Design, draft, and communicate with consultants and clients for the purpose of producing shop drawings• Produce ITPs and quality control checks if necessary• Procure materials and issue drawings to the shop floor for fabrication• Monitor fabrication on the shop floor via regular visits and conversation with the shop staff• Manage multiple projects from kick-off to close-off, including interacting with clients, consultants, subcontractors, subordinates, and our shop and field crews• Manage projects including: piping/pipe racks, platforms, conveyors, flood gates, structural steel, pneumatic/hydraulic/electrical systems, etc.• Conduct R&D for the purpose of developing a product line, including production of prototypes
