Worked with various teams to conduct four rounds of a11y research for Tap to Phone, implementing real-time adjustments to refine product usability and accessibility, resulting in consistently positive feedback, and currently dedicated to piloting solutions with prospective partners.● VDCA: Directed a team to revamp the Visa Digital Commerce App, demonstrating current and future features to industry clients at the Visa Payments Forum (2300+ attendees) and DPS User Conference (280+ attendees).● VISA Installment: Led the engineering team in collaboration with VISA partners Equinox and PAX to develop a prototype app for testing VISA installments on POS terminal devices. Successfully delivered the prototype app on three different-sized devices to the product team and showcased it to internal employees● VTAP: Collaborated with the Crypto team to demonstrate the tokenization platform. Successfully assisted VISA in completing the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's pilot program for electronic Hong Kong dollars with HSBC and Hang Seng Bank.● VISA Product Design System: Assisted the VPDS team in significantly improving the loading and rendering performance of the Angular library, achieving speeds about 600 times faster.
