• Supporting FTA environmental processes by reviewing categorical exclusions (CE), documented categorical exclusions (DCE), environmental assessments (EA), and environmental impacts statements (EIS) and coordinating.
• Includes review of BRT, LRT, streetcar, bus shelter installations, and any project within Region 10 (Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington) utilizing Federal funding.
• Knowledge of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and United States Department of Transportation Section 4(f).
• Testing and reporting on Transit Award Management System (TrAMS), database to replace existing grants processing system in near future.

• 2.9 mile light rail transit planning, design and package development including three park and rides totaling 2,900 spaces and four light rail transit stations in an urban environment.
• Community outreach and coordination including development of a conceptual design report developed with local stakeholders and property owners.
• Annual cost estimation and validation processes to support risk and contingency management. Development of Risk management spreadsheets to support tracking of risks for mitigation.

• Project Manager for implementing new gateway express route through coordination with the Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transit (SMART) and the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), including.
• Project Manager for the Downtown Alignments for the DTOGS study.
• Assistant Project Manager for the Detroit Transit Options For Growth Study (DTOGS) Alternatives Analysis. This study identified Woodward Light Rail as the LPA.
• Project Manager for the Rosa Parks Transit Center bus route realignment accommodating a new facility and improved access to routes circulating throughout the city.
• Developed an all encompassing 5 Year Plan for the City of Detroit Department of Transportation

• Analyzed comments from the public in the M-1/M-102 Study and the I-75 Planning/Environmental Study.
• Analyzed traffic and pedestrian movement for M-85.
