Established relationships with fabric cutters, patternmakers, and seamstresses to ensure on time product delivery, led communications and accountability, and presented escalated issues. Contributed to photoshoot, selected and coordinated delivery of jewelry and garments, developed call sheet and communicated with models, photographers, videographers, makeup artists, and hair stylists, and developed content for company’s social media accounts.Led project to organize sample inventory, physical and digitized patterns, and tech packs, audited inventory across sites and digital records, outlined needed information related to season, pattern, style, and garment type, and compiled all information into centralized database; new solution improved inventory management, while streamlining design operations and production processes.Partnered with owner to design and launch new brand website, selected ideal photos, visuals, and colors, and worked with Technical Development team to finalize look and feel.Spearheaded editorial photoshoot, adhering to brand message, to develop relevant content to effectively execute social media strategy.
