- Ensure seamless experience for our customers by keeping our services up and running, minimizing downtime and improving overall system reliability.
- Monitor, maintain and improve the availability and performance of critical application and services
- Respond to incidence, troubleshoot issues, and work on incidence reviews to prevent future occurrences
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to algin on goals nad objected related to system stability and scalability
