Career Break Apr 2020 - Present
I’ve been doing some soul-searching and have decided to focus on education as my next career move. I’ve tried out a few things to see what I’m passionate about, and I’m super excited about the prospect of becoming a Cybersecurity expert. I’ve enrolled in the Applied Associates Degree in Cybersecurity program at Oklahoma City Community College. I chose this school because of the structured nature of their program. Compared to other schools in the area, their program is specifically designed to prepare students for a career in Cybersecurity. The classes are designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in this field. That’s what drew me to this academic institution.

United States Air Force Nov 2009 - Feb 2013
    Randolph Afb, Tx, Us
I received training to test, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair 33 diverse Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and maintained, repaired, and calibrated 3 test stations and related equipment. As a new Airman, I diligently learned procedures and honed my troubleshooting skills for B-2 LRUs.Over the years, I developed a strong motivation to witness parts being repaired and restored to service. During my time at Whiteman, I recognized a gap in information transfer from the Active Duty side to new members, particularly from those with deep knowledge of the platform. I took it upon myself to bridge this knowledge gap by providing training to new members when opportunities arose.Additionally, I assumed responsibility for executing retrofits and modifications on aircraft parts. I also took the initiative to consolidate test station D17 circuit cards, reducing the cost associated with refurbishing them by the manufacturer.Building on this foundation, I had the privilege of being deployed to Afghanistan in 2011 for a 6-month mission. During this deployment, I monitored and guarded various worksites around the base, ensuring the safety and security of the workers at these locations.- Maintained 3 Teradyne L393 Automatic Test Stations- Repaired unique D17 Circuit Card Assemblies to ensure longevity- Repaired / Maintained 33 Line Replaceable Units to include pilot stick grip- Repaired coax and triaxial 1553 cables- Built Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) power cables- Coordinated with system engineers on complex problems of discovered system faults- Soldering- Circuitry isolation / troubleshooting- Schematic wiring diagram use and interpretation
