Working in the customer service team for Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions has allowed me to develop my skills in an office-based customer service role. Within this role, my responsibility entails being the first point of contact between our customers and the broader business, by taking and placing orders and finding solutions to customer queries in a fast-paced and in-depth manor. During my time at Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions I am the first person to have worked for and have customer service experience in all 4 brands - British Gypsum, Isover, Celotex and Okarno (Formally Artex). Outside of the core role, I am a former member of Okarno’s Sustainability Action Group, a group created to spearhead environmentally focused projects and initiatives, and currently, I am the Health Environment and Safety representative for the Customer Service Centre at Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions, ensuring a safe workplace.
