Ever since I was a kid I’ve always been trying to win people over by being sympathetic and persuading people to favor my perspective. Now that I’m further along this marathon called life, I try to win people over by understanding everyone else’s perspective before mine through genuine interactions to get results that are favorable for others. One of the ways this has been implemented is though the classroom environment that has allowed me to communicate with peers to create high quality presentations for business courses. The ability to perform has also been crucial to my role as an associate for the supply chain industry. Being able to communicate well with coworkers has allowed me to bypass the learning curve faster and achieve good results for organizations. The pursuit to a career in marketing has been fueled by these two factors which are the ability to gage performance directly through a variety of different metrics, and manipulating tools to help drive the success of an organization. With a proper game plan, I plan to help consumers see the value of goods and services a company provides and satisfy their respective needs.
