NBC Entertainment is the entertainment arm of the NBC Network, which develops and schedules the network’s primetime, late-night, and daytime programming. As a Digital Design Intern, my work has consisted of: • Assisting with Senior Designers on designing and producing digital graphics for NBC shows such as 'The Voice', 'Saturday Night Live', 'Heroes Return' and upcoming shows. • Researching and contributing different art direction ideas for current and upcoming shows for social media on Facebook and Twitter as well as website art direction for the show's web page on NBC.com• Contributing and assisting on production art work with designs for end cards that come after a show's ending for a 'Up Next' or 'Start Time' introduction for a show. • Designing and producing graphics for 'The Voice' website on Eliminated/Stolen contestant artists as well as headshot graphics for 'Saturday Night Live'

KCON is the first ever large-scale convention dedicated to ‘All Things Hallyu’ and was created by CJ E&M, Korea’s entertainment giant with film, television, music, concert, and game businesses. The convention was launched in 2012 to establish an annual flagship event that will improve the American K-Pop and Hallyu fan experience by providing a way for fans to connect with each other in the K-pop industry.The first year KCON was created, I attended as a fan. The second year, I attended as a volunteer. The third year, I attended when my sister won tickets, and the fourth year, I was given the opportunity and working experience to be a part of the behind the works of bringing this unique experience to fans around the world.As a KCON Graphic Design Intern, my work consisted of: • Creating signage for the venue of KCON at the Los Angeles Convention Center to guide fans to their destination as well as creating KCON's large billboard print that was on top of the Los Angeles Convention Center building that can be seen outside of the venue. • Designing digital and print billboards / advertisement to create presence for KCON in different formats that created a challenge for me to solve by bringing cohesive branding across multiple platforms of different sizes. Also creating social graphics that were used the day of KCON to remind fans to pick up their KCON freebie bag as well as times for special events to hype up the fun. • Designing for KCON merchandise such as magnets, stickers, lunchbox, t-shirts, tote bags, artist posters, etc. that serves as a souvenir for KCON fans. • Designing KCON attendee wristbands that are sorted by color according to seating tiers fans were in as well as special scratch cards that allowed fans a chance to attend a red carpet or specific artist engagement event.
