I am actively engaged in learning IT fundamentals around Cybersecurity and Networking. Through the use of home labs I have been able to gain practical and valuable experience in virtualization, Linux, network packet capture, log analysis as well as detection of malware and malicious process on compromised systems. I am currently studying to take the CompTIA Security+ exam to gain that certification and lay the foundation for a career in IT and Cyber security. I have also been engaged in learning with Python to gain knowledge of software development and scripting.I have background supporting internal and external systems such as Workday both in a technical support aspect for end-users as well as testing and configuration. I have experience running reports, using EIBs, correcting and making changes to business processes and testing in sandbox environments. I also have supported end-users with technical issues, reporting and automation in FieldRoutes software.
