I am the lead account manager for the majority of our established clients and work closely with the studio team in order to achieve client project deadlines by scheduling all client and internal projects through the studio and with external contractors. I am responsible for project and print management, website planning and monitoring client project profitability.

In addition to my account and project management responsibilities I sat on the board of directors, participating in board meetings and having input on day to day senior management decisions.

ResponsibilitiesHandling existing client technical and new business enquiries on the phone and by email, calculating and providing estimates, costing and specification details and discussing possible solutions to new enquiries. Providing proofs, details on design concepts and arranging client approvals. Preparing for, arranging and attending client meetings at various stages of project to receive briefs, review design concepts and website specifications, agree schedules and review completed work. Meetings occur at our own or at clients offices, with and without members of our creative and web development team or the managing director.Scheduling studio time for our creative and development team, on approval to proceed with new projects, maintaining the ongoing weekly studio schedule and producing project specific schedules in Microsoft Project. Consulting with the creative team on design concepts, site specifications and competitor research.Day to day management of our intranet, including logging jobs and forecasting, purchase orders and estimate details. Communicating with external suppliers for quotes for print, discussing specifications and options, supply of mailing data, promotional items, SEO and photography, to name a few.I have also worked in the studio on some minor artwork amendments when busy studio schedules require this, where my experienced knowledge of Adobe software comes in useful. As well as discussing and agreeing website structure maps with clients, I have also been involved in creating the diagrams themselves too.

The key responsibilities of this role included liaison with suppliers for quotes and production schedules, ordering of print and production, arranging artwork approval from clients and the design studio and resolving technical issues that can occur between the studio and our suppliers, such as queries with file formats and print specification.

In 2013 I set up Nintendo Brighton; an independent community for Nintendo players to regularly meet, play games together and discuss the Nintendo gaming scene in general. Through successful Facebook and Twitter campaigns I developed a large and growing community with support from Nintendo UK and Game. Meeting fellow gamers and liaising with influencers in the community; having a great time talking about a life long passion both on and off line.
