At Christ Link I have learned skills in management, training, organizing and most of all multitasking. Monthly management of Christ Link consists of the following:- Web Design- Teaching & Training on Web Design- Organizing & Running Board Meetings- Organizing & Running Team Trainings- Managing client's Websites and marketing- Managing website redesign projects- Core Skills Utilized: Event Planning, Training, Web Design, SEO, PPC, Business Branding, Client Management, Non-profit Management, and within all of these skills leadership.I know I am not doing everything in my position perfectly, but I love the constant challenge and the expedited growth in all of these skills. The reason Christ Link exists is for the benefit of our clients and their organization's growth.When Christ Link first started I built the websites, managed the SEO and planned marketing for multiple Christian organizations. As Christ Link grew and developed I organized a meeting with people who had an interest in the ministry. After that meeting, our team went from 1 person to 17. At that point I started learning management skills, running board meetings regularly and training team members as well as training clients. While I feel continually stretched in my skills (and humbled!) and learning so much about leadership Christ Link is the challenge I needed in my life to grow to be a better leader, a better internet marketer and a servant in ministry.
