As an Articled Student at Miller Titerle + Company, I assist clients with complex transactions and restructurings, ensuring compliance with tax and corporate laws. I also draft and review contracts, and other legal documents, and conduct due diligence and research on various legal issues. I have a strong background in law, having obtained LLB and LLM degrees. I am also an Attorney of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa, with experience as an Associate and Senior Associate at a national law firm. I recently completed another LLM degree in Common Law at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC, to expand my knowledge and skills in the Canadian legal system. I am motivated and enthusiastic about learning new things and taking on new challenges, and I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams. I am passionate about providing high-quality and innovative legal solutions to clients, and I strive to achieve excellence in everything I do. I am also an avid trail runner, and I love exploring new places and cultures.
