•Manage production office staff•Oversee ordering, receiving and counting of all plant inventory including full year-end inventory physical count•Work order entry, work order review, and shipment approval•Create and implement internal processes for improvement of all functions of production, both individually and in conjunction with I.T.•Facilitate vendor relationships and purchasing of all office supplies and packaging consumables•Coordinate hiring, perform onboarding, approve payroll, and complete all HR documentation of plant employees •Approve and code all plant invoices for payment•Manage all aspects of OSHA and company safety requirements for plant•Manage and coordinate all aspects of facility maintenance for production and corporate offices
