I strategically commanded 165 Airmen from twenty-eight specialties and a $428M budget to provide expertise and doctrine for over 300K Combat Support Airmen. I directed 150 officers, enlisted, civilian & Japanese nationals to deliver 24/7 support to PACOM's largest airlift hub. I offered direction and oversight for establishing flight operations policies and professional standards for over 220 aviators. I led an 8 person flight and 21 Flight Examiners to maintain combat readiness and standards for C-130, UH-1 and C-12 flying squadrons. I was also a combat ready C-130 evaluator pilot.I validated airworthiness of sixteen C-130s and supervised multiple training programs. Moreover, as a deployed Director of Operations I was responsible for developing response plans across all levels of deployed command to ensure safety of deployed personnel in the event of conventional and CBRNE threats/attacks.Following are highlights of my key achievements:★ Authored, coordinated and implemented 22 Flight Manuals.★ Created Wing’s 1st comprehensive risk management program and matrix; benchmarked across Pacific Command.★ As Deployed Director of Operations molded forty-six Active Duty, Reserve Command, and civilians from nine flights and four Major Commands into top Air Expeditionary Wing team-winning the Schilling Award.
