I develop curricula, instruct students in a classroom and simulator setting, determine student proficiency, report on student progress and develop new teaching methods. I also offer direction and oversee training students in subjects such as aircraft systems, operating procedures, handling emergencies, problem analysis, aircraft navigation, radio operation and aerodynamics.Following are highlights of my key achievements:★ Analyze and evaluate substantive program operations, management and organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.★ Developed and deliver presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions with other functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters.

I served as a deputy for a 19-person joint division within J-4/5 with Congressionally directed oversight of the $50B Civil Reserve Air Fleet, Voluntary Intermodal Sealift Agreement, Joint Logistics Over-the-Shore, Commercial trucking, and rail. I utilized in-depth organizational performance analysis and was able to recommend adjustments to policies, programs, projects, and studies to resolve problems as well as improve financial operations and efficiencies.Moreover, I contributed to financial policy, procedures, operations, and fiscal management controls. I delivered highly technical financial information to experts. I also coordinated program activities and actions involving several organizations to establish responsibilities and time schedules.Following are highlights of my key achievements: ★ Synchronized the efforts of teams in evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of current programs, feasibility of future programs, and development of subsequent planning efforts.★ Planned, developed, and implemented programs with organizational scope and impact, and managed work teams in the overall design of systems and programs.★ Applied manpower and organization regulations, directives, and policies to inform and support command andsubordinate decisions.★ Organized diverse requirements from POTUS, SASC, HASC, Combatant Commanders, commercialtransportation providers and subordinate commands to determine multimodal future capability needs to enable National Defense Strategy.★ Employed a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of critical command plans and programs for participating in or conducting major operations.★ Conducted regular Flag Officer briefings to prioritize programs and refine command policy and guidance as required. Efforts led to being awarded the Joint Capability Technology Demonstration Team of the Year.★ Won the 2014 St. Louis Excellence in Government Award.

I strategically commanded 165 Airmen from twenty-eight specialties and a $428M budget to provide expertise and doctrine for over 300K Combat Support Airmen. I led multi-year financial management efforts including developing and implementing multi-million-dollar budget, analysis of effectiveness, internal controls, and audit systems. I also drove new $1.6M Expeditionary Combat Support contract while eliminating all excess contract costs leading to $120K per year savings.I diligently applied manpower and organization regulations, directives, and policies for application to command organizations and its component commands. Additionally, I acted as a subject matter expert with knowledge of the relationship of the various joint entities involved in overall planning and execution of military operations and evaluations.Following are highlights of my key achievements:★ Employed multiple techniques and tools to identify and capture new business line to develop and deliver revamped Airman's Manual at a $5M savings. ★ Taught four College of the Air Force classes and commanded instructor cadre awarding over 4,000 college credits.★ Developed plan, achieved three-star support and directed first-ever tactical Lessons Learned collection to Romanian Air Expeditionary Group.★ Squadron efforts led to twenty individual two-star awards, three Air Mobility Command High Flight awards, two Phoenix Stripes, six Air Mobility Command and one Air Force annual squadron awards.

I directed 150 officers, enlisted, civilian & Japanese nationals to deliver 24/7 support to PACOM's largest airlift hub. I also designed and conducted comprehensive studies, and developed solutions to broad command operational and contingency areas. I managed the Wing's $50M dollar flying hour program for twenty-one assigned aircraft; coordinated with Pacific Air Forces’ Air Mobility Division for mission taskings. Furthermore, I oversaw the Coordination Center during Operation TOMODACHI, which led planning and coordination for five deployed Squadrons delivering 1,200 tons of lifesaving cargo and over 1,300 passengers throughout Japan.Following are highlights of my key achievements:★ Recognized as a natural leader with a special talent for transitioning strategy into action and achievement.★ Managed and zeroed-out the C-130, UH-1 and C-12 Flying Hour Program with 98% Mission Effective Rate.★ Led airbase support for Friendship Festival 2011 and Mid-Air Collision Avoidance Conferences with over 100K host-nation and United States forces in attendance.★ Guided the execution of aircrew ground and flying training, life support, intelligence and weather support for hundreds of aviators and United States Air Force, Japan.

I offered direction and oversight for establishing flight operations policies and professional standards for over 220 aviators. I led an 8 person flight and 21 Flight Examiners to maintain combat readiness and standards for C-130, UH-1 and C-12 flying squadrons. I was also a combat ready C-130 evaluator pilot.I validated airworthiness of sixteen C-130s and supervised multiple training programs. Moreover, as a deployed Director of Operations I was responsible for developing response plans across all levels of deployed command to ensure safety of deployed personnel in the event of conventional and CBRNE threats/attacks.Following are highlights of my key achievements:★ Authored, coordinated and implemented 22 Flight Manuals.★ Created Wing’s 1st comprehensive risk management program and matrix; benchmarked across Pacific Command.★ As Deployed Director of Operations molded forty-six Active Duty, Reserve Command, and civilians from nine flights and four Major Commands into top Air Expeditionary Wing team-winning the Schilling Award.
