I currently serve as Chief Operating Officer of Pathfinder/LL&D Insurance Group, a venerable independent insurance agency with proven expertise in key industries and deep roots in Texas communities. My role as COO involves developing our personnel, coordinating business strategy with our C-suite, and managing high-level daily operations at the firm.I joined Pathfinder in 2008 as an information technology consultant, graduated from Sam Houston State with a B.S. in Business Management in 2011, and then moved into sales and management. Before that, I served four years in the United States Air Force, working as an Avionics Technician on the C-5 Galaxy air-frame.
