Execute and provide support in training, recruitment and selection activities, organizing and developing actions - e.g.: application and correction of tests, contacts with candidates, interviews and training, among others - pertinent to the processes involved, as well as forwarding approved candidates for admission, observing compliance with specific procedures defined by Hospital da Baleia. Perform operations and processes related to the personnel administration area, such as: monitoring, posting and controlling the data of the employees' points, making various entries, preparing and organizing reports regarding the frequency and bank of hours, in order to ensure the accuracy of the information according to current rules and procedures.

Provide support in HR selection processes (Disclosure of vacancies, screening of resumes, call for selection processes, interviews); Carry out, under supervision, selection processes; Apply and correct psychological tests of candidates; Follow the admission stages (with the Personnel Department); . Follow employee dismissals, as well as conduct exit interviews; . Participate in the organization and logistics of climate management events for employees at Hospital da Baleia; Support in the preparation, logistics and execution of training; Perform administrative routines of the sector; Track the flow of all HR subsystems and support the team.

Assist in various activities of the department, such as recruitment and selection, training and development, personnel administration, benefits and compensation, internal communication and internal marketing projects. Contribute to the identification of training needs in employees; Assist in the organization and logistics of internal and external training; Collaborate in the development of materials and content for training. Participate in the control and archiving of employee documents; Assist in the control of time and bank of hours; Support in the organization of admission and dismissal processes. Contribute to the monitoring and updating of benefit policies; Assist in payroll analysis and calculation. Collaborate in the preparation of internal communications; Assist in the organization of events and integration actions. Participate in the design and implementation of endomarketing initiatives; Assist in the creation of incentive and recognition campaigns for employees
