My responsibilities extend beyond regional boundaries as I contribute to global projects aimed at enhancing our source-to-pay capabilities and streamlining procurement processes.• Develop and execute category strategies to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings. • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions while ensuring high-quality products and services. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the industry. • Manage supplier relationships, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of procurement strategies.

• As member of the Procurement team in the Latin America region, I was responsible for internalizing global sourcing strategies and supplier management across Prysmian’s plants in Brazil, utilizing the Strategic Sourcing method.• I optimized the supplier base through strategic partnership mapping and conducting single-source analyses.
