As a Program and Operations Manager, I'm responsible for all tasks related to expanding Sharper Shape's ability to expand into US markets and execute on its ambitious and expanding business plan. Such responsibilities include all elements of staffing (recruiting and onboarding), mission planning/execution, data collection, management of personnel (up to 40 team members) and management/procurement of equipment/proprietary technology. Sharper Shape is the leading operator doing UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems) inspections of electric utility lines worldwide. Sharper Shape has been performing Beyond Line of Sight Inspections of Transmission Lines in Europe for over 2 years and is expanding into markets in the United States, China, India and Peru. The potential for UAS to expand into other use cases is anticipated and near.Sharper Shape is a US based company with a presence in Palo Alto, CA, a test site in Grand Forks, ND, and an international center in Espoo, Finland.Sharper Shape is partnered with California PG&E, SDG&E, Edison Electric Institute, the Association of Investor Owned Electric Utilities in the EEI Sharper Utility Demonstration Project. This demonstration project will show the business case for UAS inspections of electric utility lines within the United States.

Led an Aviation Maintenance Troop of 100 Soldiers, including $13+ million of equipment and the management of $17+ million supply parts; managed all maintenance planning and associated quality assurance functions for 30 OH-58D Aircraft.Served as primary maintenance adviser to the senior Commander of a tactical armed aerial reconnaissance unit comprised of 380 soldiers for all maintenance-related logistical and planning concerns; allowing for maximum utilization of aviation combat power and flexibility in its employment, especially critical while operating along the Korean Demilitarized Zone Personally selected over 23 peers based on expertise and leadership skills to serve as a liaison in Rim of the Pacific 2014 and other intra-service operations; created training plans with members of ROK Armed Forces on team-building, tactical and readiness exercises; consistently rated as the top commander among 43 peers.

Direct Support Platoon Leader in the Aviation Support Company supporting the 25th Combat Aviation Brigade. Directly responsible for the leadership, health, welfare and training of the Platoon’s 64 assigned personnel. Actively monitor and ensure maintenance personnel are properly trained, supervised and resourced to support maintenance for the Brigades multiple Mission-Design-Specification aircraft. Responsible for the execution of UH-60 (Blackhawk) and CH-47 (Chinook) Phase Maintenance Inspections in support of the 25th CAB. Supervises and enables the MOS specific training for assigned 15S’s (Kiowa Warrior Maintainers), 15T’s (Blackhawk Maintainers) and 15U’s (Chinook Maintainers). Manages all airframe repair sections to include establishing priorities of work in accordance with the Commander’s maintenance program and the Production Control Officer In Charge. Maintain proficiency as an OH-58D Pilot-in-Command and Maintenance Test Pilot.

Responsible for supervising administrative functions, training management, and support activities for a Troop of 5 Officers, 42 NCOs, and 76 Soldiers.

Platoon leader for a forward deployed Aeroscout line Troop, primary responsible for personnel management, training resourcing and flight scheduling.
