Over nearly three years, I rose to the role of Senior Graphic Designer and Team Leader, playing a pivotal role in enhancing various processes and doubling productivity. Leading a team of six designers, I effectively managed their performance and resolved any issues that arose. Being part of Vintron's growth from an early stage fills me with pride, particularly in cultivating a flourishing design team.A unique opportunity arose for me to transition my career path in a remarkable direction: a project management role at a reputable gaming agency. In my first year, I've developed a deep appreciation for project management, navigating its complexities and conquering new challenges daily.
