As Operations Manager, my first project was to turnaround the white elephant of a warehouse that was at our disposal but only costing the company money every month.I managed all procurement and purchasing for the business with my overall knowledge of the company and entrusted with onboarding new vendors and suppliers reducing ever-growing corruption within the industry.I successfully Initiated internal startup projects, in a business development role to grow efficiencies by maximizing the available warehouse space by introducing a printing company in house that internalized costs and increased turnover for the company. This was further developed into a full media application facility that covered all printing and media placement within the whole group holding and projected the potential for outsourcing our services to other media owners.In conjunction with this I managed the whole operations of small format media, this included the introduction and expedition of our new green energy solution of Solar Street Names from production, development and maintenance. Successfully managing a fleet of 4 vehicles and each with 3 people per team. Small format media had a few structures within the portfolio that evolved over the years to growing market demands. One worth noting was the evolution of a Pavelite to a Pavebench for commuters to rest and wait to a further Pavebin that invited and grew the recycling of various waste material.The total quantity of assets that were managed and maintained were in excess of 1000 individual units across multiple sites within South Africa.Prepared and presented all reports and calculated required budgets for future development planning.Conducted performance reviews with company directors to develop and grow a happy team that was driven on success and strived on competence.

I managed the preparation and presentation of all marketing material for the various African countries namely Namibia, Mozambique, Kenya and Lesotho. Managed all sales efforts from South Africa for all Africa briefs from advertising agencies and procure private clients for international advertising within the relevant countries. Finally prepared all sales reports from various countries for senior management for Head Office in South Africa.
