In the third year, through my own efforts, I successfully became the design director of the Dior branch. Now I have moved to the US and opened my own design studio. After graduation, I came to Dior as an intern for a year. During my internship, I was assigned to the design team and worked closely with senior designers. I have been involved in the development process of different projects, from the initial concept to the realization of the final product. I learned how to conduct market research and trend analysis to design fashion styles that meet consumer needs. I also participated in the sample making process, learning fabric selection, cutting and sewing techniques.I also have the opportunity to work with team members from other departments, purchasing, sales and marketing teams. By working with different teams, I learned how companies work and how teams work together. I participated in product demos and sales events and learned how to interact with customers and provide excellent customer service.After the internship, I was given more responsibilities and was responsible for completing some small projects independently. This has exercised my autonomy and problem-solving skills.Through this internship experience, I not only learned a lot of skills about fashion design and production, but also improved my teamwork, communication and time management skills.
