As an Account Manager for ITW, I am responsible to communicate with & serve one of our key accounts in the Automotive Fastener Division. This involves working along side customer engineers and purchasing agents to provide my customers with the best engineered solutions for their application. Prior to managing this account, I worked directly on designing & engineering the product that I am now selling. This gives me the advantage of fully understanding the product and being able to find a solution for my customer that will correctly meet their needs and is scalable for the high volumes needs of the automotive industry.

I served as a Project Engineer responsible for the design, validation and project management of plastic injection-molded fasteners. To do so, I utilized various CAD software platforms including FEA analysis. As a global automotive supplier, I was apart of two global ITW teams, one working closely with Ford Motor Company and the other with General Motors.

At New Ink LLC, I am responsible for New Ink's business development: creating business growth strategies for the company in general and for each division in particular. I also oversee the financial and legal health of New Ink: keeping the books up to date and managing and creating legal documents for the organization. In additions to the areas previously addressed, I am so the employee advocate at New Ink: continually looking for ways in which we can serve our team.

As a Student Ambassador, I was responsible for hosting prospective students as they visited the campus of Olivet Nazarene University.

As a Ministry Team Leader, I was responsible for the musical content of the team of which I was a member. As a part of this team, I would travel a four-state region, communicating the teachings of Christianity to both youth and adults at various church and retreat settings. We communicated this message through visual, spoken and musical forms of communication.

As the Worship/Music Arts Intern at College Church, I was responsible for executing and planning weekly services primarily for college-aged students. This included the leading of teams of volunteers in practices and other service projects.

In order to fulfill my course requirements at Olivet Nazarene University, I worked with a team of two other Olivet Engineering Students to successfully reengineer a Bosch laser unit.My responsibilities in this project included serving as the team leader, which required me to be the primary contact between my team and the Bosch Tool Representatives. I was also responsible for the design documents and reports that accompanied the project.

During my internship at American Trim, I was responsible for developing and implementing a rating system to accurately convey the status of company projects to various departments throughout the organization.I was also given the responsibility, along with another summer intern, to determine the heat transfer properties of a specific coating used in several company applications. As a part of this team, I was responsible for the design, setup, and implementation of the experiment needed to acquire the coatings unique properties. In addition to these projects, I worked alongside of several of the company engineers on projects that were in need of additional persons. During these projects, I had the opportunity to learn and be mentored by several company engineers of various engineering concentrations.

As a general labor worker for ASAP Tree Service, I was responsible for tree and stump removal. I worked independently as the primary employee responsible for the removal of tree stumps on both residential and commercial properties. I also worked on location with a team of employees to ensure a safe and complete clean up.
