I'm a graduate of La Trobe University, with a Bachelor of Creative Arts, Majoring in Screen, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Victoria University.I am the Manager of Pepper Lunch of Doncaster, I oversee the expenses, sales and step-in to assist co-workers on a daily basis, whether it is in the back, cooking and prepping, or in the front, up-close and personal with the guests, providing exceptional and quality services. My focus is not only the clientele I serve but also my staff. I know how hard they work and I ensure the tasks they undertake fit their skill-set and can be expanded upon to give them even better opportunities in the future.As an educator, I have learned a number of strategies and how to work in according to the VEYLDF, as well as a program set by a centre in conjunction with the parents/guardians to achieve a desirable outcome that benefits all parties, especially the child.

  I have transitioned through multiple positions during my time at Pepper Lunch since our opening, even becoming a kitchen hand and now, chef at the institution. Working from Opening to Close and ensuring proper procedures take place and staff perform at the standard we require with room for flexibility.
