Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding.- Business Development: Identify and approach potential clients to develop new business opportunities. Research market trends and prepare proposals to expand client relationships.- Administration and Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment progress and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.- Market Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to offer valuable insights.
