Manage and oversee the design, implementation, and operation of all field communications in all of the Denver Division's producing basins, spanning 5 states.

This includes a 147 sq mile mesh network, which is one of the largest in the US. - Specialize in wired/wireless IP video surveillance using various vendor camera hardware and open platform video management solutions from Cisco and Milestone.- Manage multiple point-to-point and point-to-multipoint sites.- Responsible for and manage OSS/BSS systems. - Manage multiple Linux servers including a DHCP server and network monitoring/provisioning servers.- Responsible for managing large complex projects simultaneously in a manner that is effective, timely, resourceful, and within budget and scope.- Manage a small, talented, highly effective team which plays a pivotal role in our success.

- Team Leader responsible for entire Police-Fire-EMS vehicle fleet's mobile data computers and automatic vehicle location systems administration. - Directly responsible for increasing vehicle bandwidth from a 9.2kbps data radio connection to a multiple Mbps connection for higher bandwidth applications and real time vehicle location.- Managed multiple back office server hardware and applications, terminal servers for thin client applications, and mobile applications.- Managed Netmotion Mobility XE servers, which serve as a mobile vpn for all public safety mobile data computers and other City department's mobile workers, as well as other non-City agencies utilizing City server and network infrastructure.- Administered City Detention Center mugshot hardware/software.- Trained users on mobile application and hardware use.
