Direct security functions, including physical security and safety of members, employees, facilities and assets. Reviews safety and security protocols and ensures necessary compliance with federal, state and local licensing and safety standards and requirements. Manage, direct, and/or coordinate CAPEX planning and projects, renovations, and property upgrades as required.

Assistant Director of the Engineering Department and Construction Manager. Responsible for all facilities maintenance on an over 2,000 acre, five star resort with 300+ guest rooms. Directs the work and sets priorities for a 60 plus man workforce encompassing all trades. Maintains oversight on a budget in excess of $6 million annually. Also responsible for all new construction, capital expansion, infrastructure improvement, and large maintenance projects. Solicits bids, manages budgets, consults engineers/architects and delivers projects on time.

Administer full time staff in the daily activity of voter registration and oversight of the county elections processes for all elections, municipal, state and federal of a county with nearly 140,000 registered voters and 176 voting precincts. Responsible for the proper and legal conduct of elections and timely and accurate tally of votes. Responsible for the training and fielding of approximately 1200 paid volunteers and over $4 million dollars’ worth of equipment twice annually for Election Day support. Must stay current with all voting regulations and laws to include candidate filing and reporting requirements.
