Achievements have been an average cost savings of 3 million a year in agency avoidance, centralized and standardized the recruitment function, implemented a global ATS in 1 year across 21 countries and 13 languages.Also in 2015 took on the role as a site HR leader in our largest site and HR business partner to our Global R&D function. Achievements have been a 25 point increase in employee engagement scores year over year, improved HR processes across the R&D population, at the site HR level and at the site level, and retained critical employees after a 15% reduction in force.
