• Performing detailed and sophisticated financial analysis around all manner of financial activities in the business including budgeting, capital expenditure, and client profitability.• Ensuring treasury management, cash flow and liaison with local banks.• Managing external audits as well as payroll supervision, tax administration and annual tax audits.• Providing effective relationship with relevant government agencies and local authorities.• Being a team player to ensure management equipped with insights into the business issues.• Managing profitability by negotiating favorable terms with clients and controlling resource spend.• Ensuring all reporting deadlines met to the authorities.

Direct day-to-day activities, plan and assign work for the financial operations, preparation of monthly management reports, including P&L, balance sheet analytics, lead budget preparation & control versus actual, forecasting reporting, supporting supply chain team in managing warehouse inventories and any related capital expenditures, to assess costing process and monitor actual costs to validate price calculation, recruit and develop the productivity of the team.• Approve: all cash transfers, setup of new lines of credit facility. • Coordinate: all insurance related issues, including annual policy renewals, amendments, and claims.• Maximize: cash flow performance through controls on inventory (avoid excessive supply), credit and collection, disbursements, deposits and remittances. • Review: vendor / leases and service contracts.• Educate: train and motivate finance and accounting teams, ensure staff has the information, market data, tools and equipment to successfully carry out job duties, provide direction to employees on how decision-making impacts, promote teamwork and coordinate with key department heads. • Respond: as primary contact for all financial and accounting related issues with owners, auditors (internal and external) and regulatory agencies. • Ensure: accounting practices, inventory controls and financial dispute resolution.

Managing accounting operations, financial Reporting, comparative analysis, forecasts, payroll with transfer formalities, oversees agreements and new contracts.

Budgetary control, cost report, client billing, forecasting & taxation.
