I have the privilege of serving alongside passionate and gifted men and women to steward the Mobilization Strategy of East-West as we "support and accelerate movement in East-West fields, by rallying active participants in our mission." Our team is comprised of four departments: U.S. Mobilizers, Short-Term Mission Teams, Next Generation Mobilization and Arise Women's Mobilization - each with a strategic role to support the vision of East-West: "To glorify God by multiplying followers of Jesus in the spiritually darkest areas of the world."

In January 2019, NEXT Worldwide announced that we are joining East-West Ministries International. We now form East-West’s Next Generation Department and we are called “NEXT Teams!"
